⚠️ Important: The availability, the names, and IP addresses of our servers (and nodes) are not fixed and may change at any time. A server may be removed from the system, replaced, or a new one may be added. Therefore, specifying specific IP addresses on your firewall or router is not a long-term or reliable solution.
👉🏼 Your system (firewall/proxy/router) should be configured to allow the communication with our entire infrastructure, specifically: *.dwservice.net
👉🏼 In addition, port 443 should be allowed (our system uses this port for communication).
✅ If you have configured the appropriate communication settings on your device as described above, our service should function properly.
